ZEVS universal

ZEWS Electrohydropulse units are designed for cleaning of pipes, boilers, tubing, heat exchangers and wells from scale and deposits. The operating principle of our units is based on a pulsed electrical discharge in a liquid. As a result of this discharge there is a local micro explosion that destroys solid deposits, which are immediately washed away by streams of water. The pipe walls are not damaged. For operation of the installation it is necessary to fill the pipe completely with water and ensure its flow (in some cases it is sufficient to simply fill the vessel where the cleaning is carried out with water).

Zevsonic

ZEVSONIK Ultrasonic Device is designed to prevent the carbonate deposits formation up to 2.5 mm thick in heating units, without disconnecting heaters and their disassembly. The method is based on excitation of ultrasonic vibrations on the surface of pipes and deposits. Due to different physical and mechanical properties of the pipe metal and the deposits ultrasonic vibrations lead to the appearance of fatigue cracks in the deposits and their subsequent separation from the metal.

Barodynamic shells are used for cleaning any pressure pipelines with diameters from 100 to 2500 mm. The shell moves in the pipeline to be cleaned within the flow of the pumped liquid. The distance between shall launching and receiving can be up to tens of kilometers. Pipeline cleaning pigs. Propelled by a winch, the pigs remove deposits from the inside surface of the pipe.
