Fachmann Russland is a company founded in 2019. In the first six months, it has earned the trust of industry leaders. The company has its own design office, which employs both our specialists and engineers from Europe. Fachmann Russland has already developed and patented 4 solutions for roof outlets.

The company produces components for flat roofing, including:

  • equipment on the market of stormwater, water intake / drainage equipment and internal sewerage systems;
  • accessories for flat roofs, both for bitumen and membrane;
  • roof outlets, aerators, fasteners (disc holder, edge and clamping strips), supports.

The main production is located in Ryazan city. The company's products are successfully exported throughout the customs union, the CIS countries and Europe.

- Fachmann roof outlets are used in the construction of private and multi-storey buildings, as well as in the repair of flat roofs (operated or not, single-level and multi-level);

- Fachmann roof drains are used when external drainage is required through parapets and balconies in lowered roof areas. They have a square cross-section of the outlet pipe. Production materials: PVC and polypropylene. The products provide high reliability, resistance to environmental influences on the roof;

- Fachmann roof aerators are used to quickly remove accumulated moisture from under the waterproofing material or under-roof space. Installation is necessary to avoid tearing, swelling, delamination of the coating. It allows to exclude partial or complete loss of the operational properties of the material. The second application is ventilation of the under-roof space. Roofing aerators are made of frost-resistant polymer. The material is resistant to weathering, ultraviolet radiation. Application temperatures: -50°C to + 90°C;

- PVC metal is a composite material consisting of metal and a layer of plastic deposited on it. The area of application of the laminated sheet is the interface elements and fastening elements made of sheet metal when laying a waterproofing membrane / PVC film. Scope of use: linear fastening of elements of PVC-P waterproofing films; elements for roofs, terraces, balconies, loggias, cornices and parapets.
