PE100 type polyethylene fittings

The YuzhUralPlast OOO is specializing in the production of polyethylene fittings for upstream pipelines. It is one of few producers of cast fittings in Russia.

Fittings are made in the form of plugs, branch pipes, straight and unequal tees, reducing pipes and flanged sleeves. By their connecting part structure, details are referred to as pipe fittings.

Fittings application:

• in cold water supply transporting systems. XB Class of operation;
• in hot water supply and heating carrying systems. 5 Class of operation;
• in combustible gases transporting systems.

The YuzhUral Plast produces SDR11 fittings with diameter from 32 to 160mm.

Fittings are designed for upstream pipeline elements connection, with butt welding with a heated tool or welding parts with in-built electric heaters. Connection of fittings is referred to a group of permanent connections.

Fittings are made of PE100 polyethylene and PE-RT (type II) heatproof polyethylene. Properties of materials define their field of application.
