For the first time at Aquatherm Almaty 2018 the company Electrotherm will present stainless steel water heaters

Our regular participant the company Electrotherm for the first time will introduce large-capacity water heaters with a stainless steel tank. The features of the material determine the scope of application of such water heaters: heating and storage of technical and drinking water at various types of facilities (hotels, manufacturing enterprises, schools, kindergartens, etc.).

The advantages and features of the products presented

An internal tank is one of the key elements of industrial water heaters. Despite its simple design, it determines the service life of the product and the quality of the heated water. One type of the materials used to make an internal tank is stainless steel. Its corrosion resistance allows us to heat water, which will later be used for sanitation, cooking. Electrotherm uses AISI 321 stainless steel. In contrast to the traditionally used AISI 304 and AISI 304L it consists of titanium, which increases the strength of steel. Another feature of the used steel is its country of manufacture: we use steel from France or Finland, which differs from Russian and Chinese steel by the number of alloying components (chromium and nickel).

To reduce the price of products, some steel rolling companies use alloying elements in the minimum allowable amount, which significantly reduces the quality of the material and service life of the finished product. European manufacturers strictly adhere to the established standards, so Electrotherm guarantees long-term trouble-free operation of its water heaters and preservation of water quality.

What do we expect from the exhibition?

Aquatherm Almaty 2018 will be held for the 11th time, bringing together the best manufacturers in the sphere of household and industrial equipment for heating, water supply, plumbing, air conditioning and ventilation from different countries. The event is annually visited by the companies that are looking for partners, so for us it is an opportunity to establish business contacts, expand the sales market.
