CRAFT is a range of industrial flue and smoke extraction systems manufactured by Russian company Universal LLC. Founded in 2004, the company has successfully implemented its modular smoke extraction systems at more than 2,800 facilities. From factories, hospitals and thermal power plants to melting furnaces and multi-apartment residential buildings, CRAFT delivers solutions for projects across a wide range of industrial and construction applications.

• 10-year warranty. Flue system components are covered by a 10-year warranty.
• Long service life. Corrosion- and heat-resistant stainless steel grades AISI 304, AISI 310S, AISI 316L and AISI 444 are used in different combinations depending on operating temperature and fuel type.
• Versatility. A range of systems for different operating conditions, with diameters from 60 to 1,200 mm. Large-diameter components and custom-made elements can also be manufactured to individual project requirements.
• High tightness. Laser welding in an inert gas environment prevents the loss of alloying elements and creates a thin, strong weld, significantly extending the service life of the system.
• Reliability. Flue components feature socket connections formed using a two-stage cold-forming process. This ensures a tighter connection, stable internal cross-section and precise geometry.
• High-quality insulation. Basalt wool and ceramic fibre insulation with controlled density significantly reduces condensation and provides effective thermal insulation even in harsh climates.
• Precision. Laser 3D cutting ensures exceptional dimensional accuracy and geometry of smoke extraction system components.

Flue Systems for Industrial Boiler Rooms

CRAFT Profi (AISI 316L) is suitable for most types of industrial heating equipment, as well as collective and coaxial flue systems used for individual apartment heating.

CRAFT Build (AISI 444) is designed for applications where installing a flue system with lower corrosion-resistance requirements is economically justified.

CRAFT Eco (AISI 304) is the cost-effective range of CRAFT flue systems. 

Flue Systems for Individual Apartment Heating

CRAFT LAS (AISI 316L) is a coaxial flue system – a pipe-in-pipe design – developed for removing flue gases from autonomous gas boilers with a closed combustion chamber in multi-apartment residential buildings. The system is designed to operate throughout the building's service life.
