RIDAN: ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS FOR HEATING, WATER SUPPLY & BUILDING AUTOMATION

Ridan is a Russian manufacturer of engineering equipment, developing advanced solutions for precise temperature control, process automation, and improved energy efficiency across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.

A major milestone in the company's development was the launch of its manufacturing facility in Pavlodar, Kazakhstan, in 2025. The facility assembles plate heat exchangers and prefabricated heating substations (PHS). Local production has significantly reduced delivery times, improved responsiveness to customer needs, and created new opportunities for partners throughout Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

Equipped with a modern production line, the facility manufactures HH Series plate heat exchangers (models No. 04–62) for the municipal utilities sector, as well as prefabricated heating substations assembled primarily from Ridan-manufactured components. All equipment is produced in accordance with the company's quality standards and complies with the TR CU 010/2011 and TR CU 020/2011 technical regulations applicable in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

To ensure consistent manufacturing standards, the plant's engineering and production specialists completed training and hands-on internships at Ridan's production facilities in Russia, ensuring a high level of product quality across all manufacturing sites.

To better support consulting engineers, contractors, and business partners in Kazakhstan, Ridan has also launched the local website ridan.kz, providing up-to-date delivery information, engineering calculation software, and a dedicated online portal for design professionals.
