DISC FILTER

• This disc filter will take an important part especially in retrofit application, where there are high demands to increase the filtration capacity in existing premises with limited space possibilities. Together with design improvements it brings a new filtration level.

• unique and advanced backwashing logic with innovative backwashing system saving the backwash water consumption by 25% and also the power consumption by 40 %
• increased backwashing efficiency
• easy and fast maintenance that doesn’t need the shutdown of the plant.

Filter cloth is available with mesh opening sizes ranging from 5 μm. The disc influent pipe of the filter is hung on strong Kevlar belts. The hollow frame of the cassettes decreases shaft load and prolongs the lifespan of all mechanical parts.
