On behalf of the Almaty City Akimat, and from myself personally, I am pleased to welcome you at the Aqua-Therm Almaty 2014 – the 7th Kazakhstan International Exhibition for Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, Water Supply, Sanitary, Environmental Technology and Swimming Pool.
At present, the housing and communal economy of Almaty City constitutes a compound multi-industry technical complex, the first-priority task of which is to improve the quality of life of inhabitants and guests of our rapidly growing and developing city.
The Aqua-Therm Almaty as the most large-scale specialized sectorial exhibition in Kazakhstan and Central Asia has become a leading platform for business communications, and reflects all the major trends of the market growth, favouring the expansion of progressive developments and energy-efficient, power-saving environmentally friendly technologies and materials in the housing and communal economy, construction and other fields.
It is gratifying to know that, following the global tendencies of introduction of updated power consumption standards in house construction, the principal trend of the Aqua-Therm Almaty 2014 is the power efficiency of supplied products, and this year's exhibition has considerably extended the subjects of such sections as water treatment, water supply, ventilation, automation and environmental control, heating and sanitary-engineering equipment.
Let me wish all the exhibition participants and organizers fruitful work, implementation of ongoing projects, conclusion of new contracts, as well as productive and long-term cooperation with new business partners!

Aqua-Therm Almaty gathers annually leaders of the market of equipment production and services in the sphere of drainage systems and heat supply, actively contributing to the establishment of new and maintenance of old contacts in the industry. It is not surprisingly that the number of foreign companies participating in the exhibition is growing from year to year.
In the past year 4 companies from Poland participated in Aqua-Therm Almaty and this year there are already 8 Polish participants. It is now our pleasure to extend a very cordial welcome to the 7th edition of the 'Aqua-Therm' Almaty trade fair. The 'International Exhibition for Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, Water Supply, Sanitary Fixtures and Fittings, Environmental Technology, Swimming Pools and Renewable Energies' is being held in the largest city in Kazakhstan. It showcases key technologies and innovations in pursuit of the goals of protecting the environment and the climate, and of achieving sustainable and low-consumption means of exploiting the earth's resources.
