The product range of the DELSOT plant includes about 65,000 types of tubular electric heaters (TENs): general industrial, ribbed, cartridge, water blocks, including the most complex configurations of electric heaters according to sketches and drawings of customers. On the basis of TENs, more than 80 electrothermal devices for domestic and industrial purposes, including control systems, are produced.

A significant share is occupied by heat-ventilation equipment with a heating power range from 1.5 to 250 kW. DELSOT manufactures the widest range of electric heaters. EIU series open type infrared heater is designed for heating of residential areas by means of infrared radiation. The heater evenly heats the surfaces of objects that fall into the radiation field, which in turn give off heat to the air, providing thermal comfort in the heated premise. The main advantage of the infrared heater is its effectiveness, since only those areas are heated in which it is necessary without heating the entire volume of the premise.

Design of the product:

The open type series infrared heater is a metal body painted with heat-resistant paint, in which tubular electric heaters with a stainless steel reflector are located. The heater is controlled by the TR-90 temperature regulator (not included in the scope of supply).

KEV series electric radiator is designed for premises where there is no permanent heating and it is necessary to quickly create a comfortable temperature. The main advantage of the KEV electric radiator is the speed of heating the air to the set temperatures, the electric radiator operates in continuous heating mode, due to the forced circulation of hot air, the electric radiator evenly distributes heat in different parts of the heated premise.

KEV series electric radiator is a rectangular body made of 0.8 mm thick metal painted with heat-resistant paint, in which tubular electric heaters and an electric motor with a fan are placed. In order to ensure safety, the front and rear parts of the body are closed with gratings, the electric radiator is equipped with overheating protection. To remove residual heat from the heaters, the heater is equipped with a delay temperature sensor, which ensures that the fan continues to operate until the heating elements have completely cooled down. The electric radiator is controlled by a built-in temperature regulator, which allows adjusting the air temperature in the heated premise.

ERMPB series oil-filled electric radiator is designed for heating residential areas by natural convection. The heater evenly distributes heat, providing thermal comfort in the heated premise. The modern design of the heater will fit into almost any interior. The main advantage of the ERMPB oil electric heater is its mobility and energy consumption.

Design of the product:

ERMPB electric radiator - 1.0 is a metal section painted with heat-resistant paint, filled with a heat transfer fluid. A heating element is mounted in the lower part of the body. The electric radiator is controlled using a key switch with an on indicator and a bimetallic temperature regulator. The heater is equipped with overheating protection and is designed for continuous operation without supervision, provided that the operation rules are observed.

OVE-4 series explosion-proof heaters are designed for heating industrial and warehouse premises, block-modular buildings, boiler rooms, flour-grinding premises, etc., where mixtures of combustible gases and dusts can occur in the air, which are capable of exploding in the presence of a source of ignition. The OVE-4 heater has an IExdIIAT3 explosion protection marking and is used in explosion hazardous areas of all classes according to Ch. 7.3 of Operational Code for Electrical Installations.

Design of the product:

The OVE-4 explosion-proof heater is a stationary floor-standing electric radiator. The heater has three electric heaters, which are enclosed in a ribbed explosion-proof enclosure. The temperature of the explosion-proof enclosure at the point of maximum heating does not exceed 200°C, which excludes the possibility of ignition of an explosive mixture that may form in a heated premise. The heater is designed to be connected to both single-phase and three-phase networks with a voltage of 220V/380V.

The body of the electric furnace is made of 0.8 mm thick metal painted with heat-resistant paint, in which a chamber with tubular electric heaters is placed, the walls of the chamber are made of 0.8-1.5 mm thick galvanized metal. Stones of 5-10 cm in size are laid in the body around the TENs up to the top of the body. In the lower part of the body of the electric heater, terminal blocks, separated by a pallet from the chamber with stones, are installed. The electric furnace is controlled by a built-in temperature regulator, which allows adjusting the air temperature in the vapor room.

EVP series electric water heater (electric boiler) is designed for water heating of buildings with open or closed heating systems.

Design of the product:

The EVP electric boiler is a rectangular casing with a tubular reservoir installed in it, in which a block of heating elements is located. On the front side of the body there is a control panel with a knob of temperature regulator, an on indicator and key switches. For safety purposes, the design of the electric boiler uses a protective SK2 thermal limiter, which ensures complete shutdown of the electric boiler in case of improper operation.
