ALDAĞ: new equpment of pioneer company of the Turkish HVAC sector

ALDAĞ A.Ş. began manufacturing operations in its Topçular, Istanbul factory in 1967. ALDAĞ meets the HVAC needs of a large number of local and overseas facilities including hotels, shopping centers, hospitals, schools etc. with its principle of flexibility in design, quality in manufacturing, and customer satisfaction in service.

Being a pioneer company of the Turkish HVAC sector ALDAĞ provides a wide range of products manufacturer such as air handling units, packaged hygienic operating room units, poolside de-humidifiying air handling units, fan coils, heating apparatus and industrial air curtains all of which are manufactured in its factories located in Kartal and Pendik facilities with total area of 16.000 m2 and a staff of 160. Units designed by ALDAĞ's R&D engineers have TSEK, CE, GOST, ISO 9001, EUROVENT, and DIN 1946 Part 4 Hygiene Certification.

ALDAĞ designs products with various configurations thanks to its proprietary "air handling unit selection software" and also has the capability to measure the performance of air handling units with the “Air Handling Unit Performance Testing and Measurement Platform”. The company offers turnkey services to its customers in device automation as well.

There is a powerful service network in place both local and international for after sales services such as commissioning, maintenance, and spare parts procurement for its products sold.

HVAC systems manufactured in ALDAĞ factories are exported to a wide geographical area from the Turkic Republics, in particular, to North Africa, CIS and Middle Eastern Countries. Exports accounted for 50% of turnover in 2016.

Aldağ supports its project and business partners by providing solution and consulting services to investors, design companies, and for special projects of contractors and mechanical contracting firms (including pharmaceuticals production facilities and LEED certified buildings).

While celebratig its 50th anniversary in 2017, ALDAĞ aims to commence production in the last quarter of 2017 at its new factory that will be built on an area of 34.000 m2 of land in the Manisa Organized Industrial Zone with an indoor area of 24.000 m2.
