POLIDORO - an international Italian group, specialized in the development and production of solutions for heating and refrigeration systems for almost eighty years.
Thanks to our research and development center, we design and manufacture components such as gas burners and related devices for all gas appliances and a total market coverage: i.e., floor standing boilers, wall-mounted boilers, storage and instantaneous gas water heaters, up to the most recent technologies such as condensing boilers and hybrid systems.
NP BURNERS - DRY LOW NOX BLADE BURNER FOR STANDARD EFFICIENCY APPLIANCES. Atmospheric burners for standard efficiency wall-mounted heaters, water heaters, and half-condensing boilers with heat recovery. NP burners are specifically designed to be installed in class B (OF) or class C (FF) wall-mounted boilers and water heaters. In any case, their versatility makes it possible to install them on special devices or, more generally, wherever there is a need to use a gas-fueled heat source. The special shape of the elements is designed to ensure quiet operation and excellent flame distribution. The horizontal development of the NP burner is modular, and therefore both suitable for chambers of combustion chambers of different sizes. The burner is available in either a standard (Class 3) or low NOx (Class 4). In the latter, each element features a special burner head. TUBULAR BURNERS The tubular burner is a product offering high flexibility because it can be installed on a wide range of devices. It is an atmospheric burner that works with both 2nd and 3rd family gases without having to regulate the primary air. It can be used either individually or assembled in groups, providing a very stable flame, thus ensuring quite operation. Combustion type: atmospheric NOx emissions: <150 MG/kWh LNA - LOW NOX WATER COOLED BURNER FOR ATMOSPHERIC APPLIANCES A liquid-cooled atmospheric burner with very low CO and NOx emissions, compliant with Class 6 level and intended for gas wall heaters and instantaneous water heaters. Thanks to its modular structure, it is suitable for instantaneous water heaters and wall heaters with different heating capacities and designed to work with gases of the second and third family. Available with two types of manifolds: tube or extruded. They are used mainly in residential appliances. They guarantee extremely low levels of CO and NOx in the exhaust emissions, in conformity with the strictest international regulations, high efficiency and a wide range of flame modulation (up to 1:20). Our steel Premix are fully customizable in drilling and can be designed to operate with all fuel gases, pure hydrogen and hydrogen/methane mixtures and can be equipped with special sensors for intelligent combustion or lambda constant Various configurations are available: 3, 4 or 5 pieces depending on the project and customer needs. This complete solution reduces the clients’ development costs and time.
METAL FIBER BURNERS Metallic Fiber Premix burners for modulating condensation devices. Available in cylindrical or flat configurations and suitable for commercial and industrial applications. The fiber maintains the temperature of the burner surface under control. The guaranteed level of NOx emissions is less than 56 mg/kWh. We develop and produce the metal fiber directly in our factories, on burners of different sizes and geometries. Depending on the field of application and customer requirements, we have different fiber structures available. HIGH MODULATION MIXER The HM high-modulation mixer is a device for pneumatic air and gas mixing systems that provide a 1:20 ratio, without modifying any hardware or installing additional electronics. The wide range of modulation makes it possible to save on design costs, reduce emissions, and extend the working range of the device. The mixer consists of: · aluminum body · central plastic insert of different diameters depending on the capacity requested · heavier clapper that works from 1:5 to 1:10. It is a key component because its weight allows it to close or open one of the two channels, creating a variable section system · lighter flap, closes the gas intake when a channel is closed, thereby eliminating the occurrence of recirculation HM Mixer is available in three sizes: HM 60 – HM 140 – HM 500.
