TECNOPLUS 15 pumping stations for water supply

TECNOPLUS pumping stations have a built-in shaft rotation speed controller, which allows for a constant, user-defined pressure in the system, regardless of the value of the current water consumption.

Horizontal and vertical multistage pumps for water supply of ASPRI and MULTI series

The pumps are designed to pump clean water that does not contain mechanical impurities and long-fiber inclusions from reservoirs, tanks and other sources, as well as to increase pressure in centralized water supply systems.

Horizontal multistage pumps of the ASPRI series, thanks to the built-in self-priming valve, have a strong self-priming ability, lifting water with an unfilled suction line to a height of up to 9 m.

Vertical multistage pumps of the MULTI series have compact dimensions and occupy a minimum area. The pump design makes it possible to orient the pressure branch pipe in four directions with respect to the suction (in a horizontal plane, at an angle 0°, 90°, 180°, 270° accordingly). The convenience and ease of installation of pumps is provided by the use of flange connection, which makes it convenient to combine pumps into a group for parallel operation.

A distinctive feature of all pumps is an exceptionally low noise level. The pumps have compact dimensions, excellent hydraulic characteristics, high reliability in operation and long service life. The electric motors of the pumps have high energy efficiency, are compatible with all types of control devices, and have proven themselves well when used under the control of a frequency converter.

TECNOPLUS 25 pumping stations for water supply

TECNOPLUS pumping stations have a built-in shaft rotation speed controller, which allows for a constant, user-defined pressure in the system, regardless of the value of the current water consumption.

CKE water boosting installations

SPEEDRIVE frequency conversion modules are used as part of the installations. The installations are equipped with piping (including suction and pressure manifolds made of stainless steel), fittings, an electrical switching unit and a pressure sensor. Each pump is equipped with a shut-off valve and a check valve on the suction pipe.

The installation is mounted on a base frame, has all the necessary electrical connections and is equipped with a membrane hydraulic accumulator. 

Frequency control allows smoothly changing the speed of rotation of the shaft of the electric motors of the pumps depending on water consumption to ensure a given stable pressure in the system. At the same time, significant energy savings are achieved due to optimal consumption from the supply network. An additional advantage is the absence of large starting currents that occur during direct start of electric motors. In addition, the service life of pumps and plumbing fittings increases, the likelihood of hydraulic shocks due to sudden pump stops decreases, there is no need to install large hydraulic accumulators, and the overall efficiency of the system increases.

Submersible multistage pumps with rigid coupling of the SE series

They are designed for pumping clean water that does not contain large amounts of mechanical impurities and long-fiber inclusions from wells and other sources.

The diameter of the pumps is from 4” to 12”.
The “floating” impellers of the hydraulic part provide excellent wear resistance and prevent blocking of the hydraulics, which allows pumping water with a fairly significant content of mechanical impurities*. The electric motors of the pumps have a mechanical seal of a special design that provides increased protection against ingress of mechanical impurities and Mitchell-type bearings that withstand strong axial loads. Electric motors are filled with a special oil that simultaneously and effectively performs the functions of lubrication and cooling. The oil meets the requirements for food products and does not pose a danger if it gets into drinking water.

SILENPLUS

Submersible drainage and fecal pumps of the DRAINEX series

They are designed for pumping contaminated water, including wastewater with fecal inclusions.
They can be used for pumping water containing a large amount of air (in fountains, artificial waterfalls, ponds, etc.).

The pumps are made of high-quality wear-resistant materials. All components and parts in contact with the pumped liquid are coated with anticorrosive materials, which makes it possible to ensure the operation of pumps for a long time. The high operational reliability of the pump motors is ensured by the use of a double mechanical seal in an oil-filled chamber, which guarantees the tightness of the motor body for a long time of operation.

The starting capacitor is external, located in the body of the plug of the power cable, which allows it to be replaced (if necessary) without dismantling the pump.

A Vortex-type centrifugal vortex impeller eliminates the possibility of clogging by particles contained in the pumped liquid.

The pumps have compact dimensions, excellent hydraulic characteristics, and are highly reliable in operation.

The electric motors of the pumps are highly energy efficient.

DRAINEX

Control and protection devices for pumping equipment

The PRESSDRIVE, PRESSDRIVE 05, KIT06, KIT07, KIT08 flow control units are integrated control devices that have all the necessary functions to ensure automatic operation of the pump and do not require the installation and connection of any additional devices such as a hydraulic accumulator, pressure relay, etc. Built-in electronics and pressure and flow sensors allow ensuring automatic switching on* and off of the pump in the presence/absence of water intake in the system, as well as protection of the pump from “dry running”, exceeding the permissible suction height, operation “on a closed valve”, protection against overcurrent with automatic restart.

The features of the flow control units turn them into almost ideal pump control devices in private water supply systems, as well as automatic irrigation, in which continuous supply of water under pressure is required for a long time.

Flow control units can be installed directly on the pressure branch pipe of the pump, or mounted anywhere in the pressure pipeline, which allows them to be used with both surface and submersible pumps.
