I “ACCURATE AND FAST” TECHNICAL COMPETITION
In the “Accurate and fast” nomination it is necessary to make a competitive module – “radiator”, which will be graphically depicted on the panel. Fittings and reinforcements for assembling the module will be located on the worktable. Quantity is 1.5 sets. The participant independently, during the competitive time, selects the necessary blanks and passes the extra ones to the expert. Assembles the product and fixes it on the panel. In case of a mistake, an additional order is possible with the accrual of penalty points. The participant with the shortest working time (fastest) and the fewest penalty points (most accurate) wins. All that is needed from the participant is two healthy hands, a head on his shoulders, an excellent mood. The rest is provided by the organizer.
Compliance with the drawings is evaluated by the participant independently during the competitive time. After the COMPLETION of the module, ONLY the product complying with the drawing is accepted for credit. In case of an error, it is possible to additional order any materials from the expert. Additional ordering is a penalty point. One element is one penalty point.
II “ONE LEFT” ENTERTAINING COMPETITION
Samples of shut-off and control valves and fittings will be placed in a secret (non-transparent) box. Photographs (schematic symbols) of elements with numbers are fixed on the control panel. The participant, putting his arm up to the elbow into the box, by touch, with his left hand, determines the element and puts it in the tray complying with this number. The back wall of the box is missing and spectators are allowed to give clues if they can. The participant with the shortest working time (fastest) and the fewest penalty points (most accurate) wins.
After completing the module, the expert opens the box and, in the presence of the participant, fixes the correct layout in accordance with the control card. A penalty point is assigned for each mistake.
